Conshohocken, PA - October 28, 2007 Michael
J. Emmi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
IPR International, LLC, has announced that Tom Kirk
has joined IPR as Senior Account Executive for Business
Resiliency Services, a new specialty within IPR that
will specialize in helping clients continue operations
despite interruptions and adverse conditions within
their own environments. Before joining IPR, Mr.
Kirk had been the Vice President of Sales for WAKE
Technology Services, Inc., an IT Infrastructure Services
Consulting Firm based in the Delaware Valley. Prior
to joining WAKE, Mr. Kirk managed the Oracle ERP Partnership
for Vertex Inc, a software development firm that specialized
in State and Local Tax Compliance R&D.
“Tom has a unique and highly valuable skill set that
will prove to be instrumental to our clients who want
to have a more secure, robust and affordable Continuous
Computing Capability,” stated Mike Emmi, Chairman and
